The International Law Students Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of international law, is looking for an individual to serve as the ILSA Programs Coordinator (IPC). The IPC will be responsible for, inter alia, managing ILSA’s publications, planning and publicizing ILSA’s conferences, compiling information on educational programs in International Law, coordinating all chapter-related activities, and soliciting and coordinating print and on-site advertising. With chapters in schools all across the globe, this position provides an opportunity to interact with students and scholars from all over the world.
Candidates should possess a basic knowledge of international law, have some writing experience on a journal or other publication, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a JD degree or its equivalent. Technological expertise in Adobe InDesign, and experience in advertising, fundraising, and development are a plus.

The IPC must be able to begin work at ILSA’s offices located in Chicago, Illinois, USA, on September 1, 2011. Relocation expenses will not be reimbursed.
