The Latin American Association in Atlanta seeks an experienced, bilingual immigration attorney to represent non-citizens with affirmative applications and in removal proceedings. The attorney will interview, screen, advise and represent non-detained clients before USCIS and EOIR. The attorney must possess a minimum of two years experience in family-based immigration and removal defense, as well as membership in good standing of a State Bar. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish required. Prior supervisory experience and ability to work under grant requirements with minimal supervision required.
