International Criminal Law Publication Opportunity


Submissions Deadline for Eyes on the ICC is August 15th!

Eyes on the ICC is the first peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal dedicated exclusively to the work of the International Criminal Court and international criminal law.

The journal, published annually by the Council for American Students in International Negotiations, invites quality submissions for its eighth volume from practitioners, scholars, jurists, and professionals in fields related to international criminal law and policy. Occasionally, exceptional student work will be accepted. Manuscripts are accepted on a rolling basis until August 15, 2012.

Manuscripts must be computer-generated and submitted electronically via e-mail to icc@americanstudents.us, or via Berkeley Electronic Press’s ExpressO submission service, at http://law.bepress.com/expresso.

Each submission should contain an abstract, the author’s CV, appropriate contact information, and a cover letter. Articles and Notes may range in length from 25 to 80 pages, double-spaced. Book reviews range from 1,000 to 2,500 words. Submissions should adhere closely to the Chicago Manual of Style and cite sources in legal format according to the Harvard Blue Book.

Authors are encouraged to seek comments on their manuscripts from colleagues within their discipline. The journal invites commentary on the quality of its submissions, whether by private correspondence or published letter.


Correspondence not directly related to the submission process should be addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, Ms. Juliet Sorensen.

ABA International Law News Call for Papers

The American Bar Association (ABA) Section on International Law is seeking articles for two upcoming editions of the International Law News

The first is the fall issue, which carries the theme: Information Privacy and Security (including Wiki law).  Deadlines for article subsmission for this issue is June 27, 2012.

The second is the winter issue. It's theme is International Anti-Bribery Compliance and Investigation.  The deadline to submit articles for the winter issue is October 22, 2012.

Submissions must follow the “ILN Author Guidelines” to be considered. The guidelines and other related information may be found hereIdeas for future themes and articles are also welcome.

International Journal of Contemporary Laws Call for Papers

International Journal of Contemporary Laws (IJCL) invites unpublished articles, short articles, legislative and case comments for publication in its Vol. 1(2).

IJCL is a quarterly journal designed to provide a platform to law students/academicians/lawyers and other members of the legal community to contribute manuscripts pertaining to contemporary laws developing around the globe.

Call for Submissions: The Journal of International Business & Law

The Journal of International Business & Law invites original submissions from professors and practitioners for its forthcoming issue.  The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and Hofstra University Frank G. Zarb School of Business jointly publish this Journal, which explores the interaction of business and law in the global marketplace from both legal and business perspectives. Submissions should discuss legal findings in the area of international business, international trade, transactional law, and other topics relevant to international and business law.

The Indigenous Law Journal is dedicated to developing dialogue and scholarship in the field of Indigenous legal issues, both within Canada and internationally. We encourage submissions from all perspectives on these issues. Our central concerns are Indigenous legal systems and the interaction of other legal systems with Indigenous peoples.
 
We are the only legal periodical in Canada with this focus. We welcome the addition of your voice to the discussion.
