The General Legal Intern position will assist the Company’s General Counsel and Senior Management Team with general review and drafting of internal and external documentation, regulatory or statutory filings, term sheets, organization and deal structures, and generally assist with organizing Company policies. The role is ideal for a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual interested in a career beyond an average legal position that facilitates and fosters general business expertise and application, as well as one that supports the growth of a revolutionary sustainability business organization.
Illustrative tasks expected to be accomplished:
1. Drafting and transaction documentation review
2. Creating legal and organizational structures to foster business model
3. Making corporate filings and deliverables as directed
4. Compiling internal policies and procedures as necessary

Law or graduate level business students from diverse disciplines with an interest in general business and corporate transactions, and experience with transactions and due diligence are encouraged to apply. Drafting and analytical skills are a plus; strong writing skills are required.
Days/Hours & Duration: 20 hours per week for a duration of 6 months minimum.
