Submissions for the ABA Section of International Law’s Rona R. Mears Student Writing Competition & Scholarship Awards are due January 20, 2012. The topic of the essay is “The restatement (third) of the foreign relations law of the United States is being revised. What section or group of related sections of the restatement, should be revised, why and how?” Winning essays will be published in a Section publication and on the Student Headquarters website. Winners will also receive $1,000 and a $1,000 travel stipend to attend the Section Spring Conference. For more information, click here.
