Interns are integral to the Human Rights work of AIUSA. The work they perform and their continued involvement in human rights is invaluable to Amnesty's mission. Amnesty International USA is committed to the professional development of interns and strives to provide them with a quality learning environment in order to acquire and develop the skills necessary for job placement and advancement in Human Rights and Social Justice.

This sounds like an excellent internship. I think it's great that AIUSA has offices all over the US to help students from all over the country find good positions. The objectives sound like they will help prepare students for any kind of real world job. I live in Colorado so it looks like the Midwest or Western offices would be my best bet. I am going to research the logistics of this opportunity.
